so i made a nice sig but it is animated.. it works but the size is litle to much.. THE problem is if i use the guide that the guy made in this forum (MalcolmSex) the animate will stop work..
the question is how can i fix it ?

In photoshop go to File > Save For Web Devices

On the top right, select GIF and then fiddle with the settings to lower the kb size.
