I have 1 layer where i made something cool, now in another layer, i made something else..

Question is: How can i take the effect of the second one, and put it 'behind' the first one? so that the effect appears from behind the first layer.

(im realy noob at this photoshop first day)

if u go to the layer bar. what u want on top should be the first top one on normal.

either u could save it like that and open it again or you highlight both and hold ctrl e. to merge it.

Just Select ur top layer (the one you want in front of the other and press Ctrl + E (merge down) and they will form as one.
