i am using the trial version of PS cs4 and am wondering why there is no smudge tool? does it not come with the trial or is there some special way to get to it?

please help!

I only have CS3 so this may be different on CS4, but if you right click the BLUR/SMUDGE/SHARPEN tools you will be able to select between them.
Alternatively, press SHIFT + R to scroll through them.
