make sure you're doing tween and also make sure your shine is on a clipping mask

Also try adding more frames, notice how the animation freezes.

If you want the shine move inside text not above..heres a pretty simply explained tutorial for, ofcourse u dont have to make it Gradient

Got it. but it shines over the letter not like in the letter
