when i minimize photoshop and go back to it
hand shows up as mouse, how do i get rid of it?

Normally it's a problem with your Photoshop's cache.
When opening Photoshop, hit the space bar button to get rid of the hand. If that doesn't work, restart your computer. If that doesn't work, the problem usually goes away by itself after a few days.
