how do i put a render on photoshop and then adjust what i want i take the rest out ?

Save the render to your hard drive
Go to File-> New and make a new canvas of a signature size
Open the render in photoshop
use the arrow tool (top right in the side tool box) to drag the render into your signature canvas

i as noob in computers as i am in photoshop
what is a canvas?

oh, the canvas is just what the white file that you work on is called (named after a canvas in real life that painters use)

when i tryed to upload the image overthere it happended this

ummmmmmmm if you're trying to upload it (i think?)
you need to save it as the file type .jpg, .gif, or .png before uploading

where do i change it?
when i put save as i get Photoshop (ppd psd)
or smth like that

it's a drop down menu so you just click it and it will have a lot of choices
just choose jpg or png (or gif)
for the choices after that usually the default works and if there's a sliding bar for quality you want 12 (the highest)

i only get this option
