the tutortials dont specify what program i should use? what one is the best thx

photoshop is best as far as i know and others mostly use. but, some use gimp and comes to a good result also.

do u gotta buy photo shop or does it com on a Hp?

You always gotta buy photoshop.
You buy it and find out a little more on adobe.com

Some people download it nowadays, but that is illegal.

hmmm i think some macs come with it but you have to pay extra for the package of all the software.

but if you dont want to do anything illegal or pay a bunch of $ download gimp, its free and pretty good for being free.
