u know in paint how u can make the picture smaller/bigger just by clicking on to the side and dragging it?
how do i do that with gimp?

does any1 know why when im making my sig
the picture doesnt show on the background? it only shows when im shrinking it
after im done, only the dotted outlines of the picture shows on top of my background
