url means the picture is uploaded on any webside
you can use deviantART.com
photobucket.com
TinyPic.com
and an other which name i dont know now

the first ones you need to register for
tinypic you dont need to do this for share pics then you take the url aka direct link and paste it into your pasonal foto link spot
