When I save the render ive created, it saves it + black background, is there a way that I could possibly remove the background, and leave the render only by itself?

Yes, in fact there is a special tool that allows you to preform such task.
Its called the pen tool - I honestly suggest for you to take a closer look here the guides in it offer the basics of using photoshop.
In this case I would recommend looking over at this guide that's how i learned the trick

No I meant without using photoshop.....I mean like, before you save it to a file, in C4D itself, to remove the black or w/e color it is background, and leave only the form I created?

do u mean u made ur own c4d and u need to save it without black bg?

save it as a .png

yes.

Make sure you make it a .tif file with alpha channel enabled.
Then you can select the alpha channel and copy that and it will save just the render.

that sig HAS to be oversized lol
