ehh...

1. Set your brush to settings you want for the line
2. Create the line with the pen tool
3. Right click the pentool line and select stroke (if you want it faded on the edges check apply pressure)

for simpler minds
take out the brush tool
hold down shift
draw a fucking horizontal line

Nah...its about the text.

In photoshop there should be a text sign... T and a line under it, click it, and its writting with a line.
