A lot of people say to use the Free Pen thing but i dont get how you do that........ I have photoshop cs4.... How should i do it

You've gotta be a total fucking idiot if you don't look at the Q&A and Tutorials and look for a Rendering Tutorial that's located like ten threads below yours.

Just use layers masks, gives you so much more control over the image.
