Trying to do a school project where we altar an AD to make it better, and I'm trying to change the colors.

The effect I'm looking for is just a green tinge to it (like you're looking at the car through green translucent glass)

Ctrl+u for hue change
OR
Layers -> New Adjustment Layer -> Photo Filter(green), Gradient Map (various greens, then set on "Color" blending option), or hue change & color
