I'm kinda not used to using the pen tool. When I use it to draw some shapes for exemple, I trace my line, stroke it... than how can I start a new line without having it start from the last dot ?

when you finish rendering 1 part. leave it alone then start another one. and another. then press ctrl i ... i think. then enter. then you could move it to a transparent bg so u got a backup of your render.
