Drag the window off from the locked toolbar?
If that doesn't answer your question, please screenshot what you mean, it would help.

Click the "PrtSc/SysRq" button on your keyboard, and then open Paint and paste the image. Save it, uploaded it to TinyPic.com or ImageShack.us and then link it here.

But it is in a window, unless you mean to remove it from being locked.

If so, just drag the tabbed bar off the tabs lock.

hmmm, i wonder if there is a way to make it so it always opens in windows.

i hate how if im working on a sig and open up another stock or somethin it opens up in the same window as the sig
