depends, if its animated. you lower the pixels or take out a few frames. if its just a regular picture... tinypic.com usually helps you.

There are special sites for that, they lower its quality.
Just look up any gif resizer on google.

yeah, i already pmed him how to do it step by step at this 1 site and he got it working... this was yesterday. so, this should be closed.
