where can i get decent sprites? particularly, king of fighters sprites. using google finds a couple of the more popular characters, but i'm looking some other options

and if anybody knows of any good tutorials/tutorial sites, please lmk (excluding blacksungfx, tech-gfx, the website sigtutorials)~
