Lower the quality or the size.

You can either

A) Reduce the Quality when saving your work
or
cool.gif Reduce the Width and Length of your picture
or
C) Get a Program that reduces size.

You have to resize it in width and height and also there are many sites that reduce your kb image size ( just google it up smile.gif ).
