saving it as png's increases quality therefor making it better.

Save it as a jpeg and you're good to go.

or save as a png 8 not png 24

i cant save as a jpeg he wants it to be a "cutout" sig

Saving it as jpg. will make the bg white - The only way is to resize it in width and height.

make it jpg but make the bg color the color of the forum hes using it on. so it looks cutout. get it?>
