Ok so......lol umm....how do i change the angle of a picture in photoshop cs3 extended?

You mean you want to rotate it? type in ctrl + T and choose the option rotate. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.

Well, i cant find anything else but "rotate canvas"

ctrl + t
then a box will appear, click and hold the mouse outside the box then rotate your mouse
