i try resizing my sig and i followed all the steps that MalcolmSex made in his sticky, but when ever i do it the bytes just got bigger.. sad.gif what am i doing wrong sad.gif

save it as jpeg...

In photoshop: file icon_pointr.gif save for web and devices

it has options to change pic quality and kb size
