I want to make the water in my sig animated and maybe the text to, but no idea how...

I understand why people hate animation, and I do too, but I don't understand why it is necessary to spam this guys thread when HE obviously likes it...
Anyway, there's a tut up already somewhere ( I couldn't find it though ). The problem though is the fact that it will most likely be WAY over kb size. And some people (unlike xpyropunk) like to at least kinda follow rules.
