i think maryjuana has one,
its transparent but has a flower affect around it, can someone help me out?

Im pretty sure its just brushes
the way i would do it is
make teh siggy, than open a new canvas with transparent bg(bigger than teh siggy)
and past the sig in the middle and brush whatever you want on the outside
