for some reason the 2nd image is so much smaller than the first but it should be bigger

how do i fix this? When i made the photoshop files i made them both same width

Okay I figured out maximum size u can have on an image is like 1600 height

is there anyway to split the 2nd image into 2 without having to redo everything
