I'm Kinda new to this whole forum, and I see people making their own sigs, so now I thought I would love to do that too.

So now's the question: Which Program(s) are the best to make cool looking sigs?

The you want to do it for fun or do you really want to go into this?

GIMP is freeware and is okay, but if you willing to pay for a better program buy Adobe Photoshop.
