Hopefully you can help me
Following situation:

I want to create a poster/placard
Measures: DIN A2 420x594mm/300 DPI (to print it)
So I already did a first draft of it and I want it exactly like that, meaning I used certain brushes for it etc.
The only problem is I need another dissolution for it because I made it in DIN A3 instead of DIN A2 by mistake


Question #1:
Is there a difference if I first start out with 72 DPI, finish my poster and finally just change the 72 DPI to 300 DPI?
or is it better to start right out with 300 DPI?

Question #2:
The brushes I used/I want to use are too small for 300 dpi so I got to enlarge them which leads to a blurring effect
Can I somehow change that or avoid that problem?
