So I requested for a sig to be made for me and nobody is getting near to what I like so Im gonna give it a try myself, could someone tell me how i get the b/g to match the forum colour, perhaps the colour code I need?

Just save it as .png with transparent background.

You can change the color of the bg, and you never really stated the light blue default color.
