I have photoshop cs2 and I went to www.planetrender.com and found an image right cliked it and saved it to my desktop and went into photoshop made 350x120 and when i went to file----place and i chose my image i just got it gave me this message " Could not place the document because the file-format moduel cannot parse the file"

What am i doing wrong please help me !!!
