Well, I've never done a gif and I'd like to learn about it.
So... I've done a "gif" in Photoshop CS2, with many layers, but now, when I click on Edit in Imageready, the document goes, but there aren't the layers on animation's box.

What do I wrong?

In photoshop CS2, did you make the layers in the animation window or in the layers palette?

I did them in layers palette

Okay, that is wrong.

Go to windows<animation.
Then you have 1 layer, then duplicate it, when duplicated work on it in the layers palette and so on.
