how do you reduze the size of a png format KB

Don't use .png or make it smaller in px-size.

well i want a transparnt background on my sig i made i thought only way was if you save it as a .png

Save it as a gif. It is 1/2 if not less the size of png. And it will still be transparent like the break in my sig.

Yes, but this lowers the quality of the signature. Pm me about this, i have an easy solution for you.

I doesn't really lower the quality as much as you think.
