Depend of which program you used
- If photoshop CS2 - go to imageready, in the multiple frame window at the bottom, click on duplicate frame , then add a glow to your name . Then press on the "tween" button, choose the number of frame you want between, press ok then play!
- If photoshop CS3 - go to window - animation , then do the same steps as photoshop CS2
