appertnly there is a sumdge button in photoshop i dont have a sumdge button on the side were you selecet brush for example ne one no were it is ? lol i was reading some tuts was gunna do a sumdge tut now it looks like a closed fist but with the pointing finger i dont see that

well it's prob you didn't get it.
It's probably under blur tool.
So right click the blur tool and go to smudge.
