File - Import - Videos into layers
Then File - Save for web - You got your .gif.

Here you go

When you click on import video as layer, write down: * to browse all file

I think so, maybe becasue imageready = gone cs3 has that option, i'll check later on tonight

Well there's another program I know : go there www.DVDVideoSoft.com , this program allow you to do everything , like export movie to picture etc.
