hi, im making myself a new sig and i want to know how i can make the text ("Neverever") go at a slight angle, like tilt upwards 10% or so. i can only get it to go vertical or horizontal.

I use photoshop 7, can anyone help?

get the square select tool thing. select what you want to move. click on the mouse thing. then press edit -> transform -> rotate and then rotate ur text
