It does that to png and gif format.


i need someone with photoshop cs3 who can open this and save it as gif format for me

Hit File -> "Save for Web and Devices" (or something like that). Then in the window set your desired settings and then hit save. Not sure if this will help, but that's how you're supposed to save .gifs. If not, then give me the file and I'll do it for you.
