To make sigs with real people, not anime or cartoons, if anyone can find me one it would be appreciated

Try registering at a true GFX forum such as Blacksungfx.com or Techgfx.net. They both contain many tutorials. Also, generally it doesn't matter if it's for anime or real people because tutorials are for learning effects and technique so it isn't necessary to follow exactly with the same type of render.
