You want to make them or to do photomanipulation? For photomanipulation, heres the easiest step:
First, look for the stocks you want.
Second, save it on your computer and open it with photoshop.
Third, Press Ctrl + J to copy the waterfall/cliff/beache
Fourth, apply a gaussian blur of about 4-5pixels.
Then put this layer on lighten and play with the opacity.
After those steps complete, you can brush/smudge or w/e to make it better , but it'll look nice on the first try
