So I have this video. What I want to to is to take out a a section of the video but still have it like a video but only that part. I hope this is clear enough. If not LMK

like you only want a portion of the video as in from xtime to xtime or a portion of the video as in only the top corner of the video or something similar~

You can do with Windows Movie Maker easily. If not just google some video editing software
