I'll make it semi worthy of this forum.

I did it in CS3, in the animation window.

Make background, Write text

Adda new layer

In the first layer put everything you want to be there on first frame.

Create new frame in animation window

Select that frame

Move your brush work from the new layer to wherever you want it to be in the second frame (where you want the animation to finish)

Select Tween ( the three dots in bottom tab of animation window)

Use default settings, though increase the number of frames for a smoother animation.
