New to this.

How do you save the image on PS to make the image code.

I saved it, but my animation doesn't work.

What version of Photoshop are you using?
"File icon_pointr.gif Save for Web Devices" if you use Photoshop CS3, "File icon_pointr.gif Save Optimized As..." if you use Photoshop CS2 or lower.

Save it as a .gif format file.
