Well i don't know why, but my thread was locked. I don't think i did anything wrong, but can someone answer me?

Can't find the exact rule for it, but making sigs is a service and you cannot offer them without a tag. Even if they're free.

What do you mean by tag?for example: trusted, mediator, etc?

Btw:

And I also think contests like that are against the rules anyway.
