how do i make a sig were its like not in a rectagle, its like a circle, or something?

Remove the background layer by double-clicking on it.

Use any shape tool, press shift + f5 , choose your color, you have your shape.

Save it as a .png or as .gif (They supported transparent background.

When your background is transparent, you should see:

You also have the option to start with a background when creating a new project.
