I need to cut borders. Can you explain with the program you are using?.

I'm using adobe photoshop cs3.

To cut picture, use the pen tool.

Basically,

Take the pen tool, start on the "borderline" of your picture, and make it all around.
After your done, right click, make selection.
Press: ctrl + maj + I (or right click-invert)
Then press "delete"

in PS 7.0 it works with the "extract" tool in filters menu
