Woah, alright first things first.
Did you cut this Yourself?
If so you are going to want to practice more before actually putting one of your cuts on a sig.
If you did not then try finding a new sprite picture.
I prefer to download them in packs.
Also when you do that you may want to blend the rush going up and the sides all together to make it flow a tad better.
Right now it kinda looks like 3 seperate pictures just put on top each other.
My photoshop is not on this computer so i may be wrong here but I would also just duplicate the hulk layer and motion blur it upwards then place it before the normal hulk layer.
Also on the original hulk layer follow these steps (gives it a nice look)
1.Duplicate
2.apply gaussian blur of 2.0 to newly duplicated layer
3.Set it to soft light
4.Merge
This works on almost everything and makes a very nice dreamy-ish look.
