I've got a problem on making animation.
After i made my animation and i save it as ".GIF", when i reopen it (not on PS) it doesn't show the animation.

Why?

Convert to Image Ready, and clickt he "e" on the tool bar.

It will come up in a web page. Then right click, save image as and save it.
