How Do You Cut perfectly around the pictures?

For example, if u had a picturce of a girl, how do u cut perfectly around here, so that there are no background showing?

You would use the pentool, sometimes Magic wand tool works.

Make 2 layers + use rubber to edit out the background or use the magneteic lassoo. its a bitch but its the only way
