I'd like to make an avatar with a .GIF file and I want to know which program is good for converting an AVI to GIF file
Can photoshop do this? Or is there another software that can do this?

U should be able to do this in photoshop like if u wanna make a animation in ur sig u can just use Cs2 and convert to Imageready and make ur own gif there or if u have $$ u can buy Adobe Fireworks and that can convert to anything u need
