You have to make a few variations of the same pic with Photoshop then put it together with ImageReady. In photoshop you have to play with color balance then in imageready you only have to put them together. Try google for imageready tutorials or pixel2life.com

either that, or you goto lunapic.com/editor...its a free animation site...it does the same thing and its easier than the Photoshop method...do the rainbow animation and your golden.
