CS3/CS2 (http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop/)
Tho the most download it illigaly.

Gimp is a free version and the most like CS2/3 (http://www.gimp.org/)

And theres also MS paint, tho I wont recommend it.

i got cs2 im just lookin for a now, all of them look pretty sketchy if u ahve any tips on this please lemt know
