Okey Dokey. I got a list of questions, and I'm going to do the best I can to help you help me. I'm quite new to this whole photoshop thing, the one I'm sporting is my first one. If you can answer one question, but not the others, then do so! I am using Photoshop Elements 2.0 on Vista. happy.gif (Sorry if these have been asked before, I read the stickies and about 7 tutorials so far).

I'll post more questions at the end.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

(1): Were do I find my screen shots that are not on D2? Like if I wanted to take a picture of my gold logs (not the reason, just an example).

(2): In Photoshop (Elements 2.0 dry.gif), how do I make a custom or multiple gradients on one picture/layer?

Example of what I don't want to happen, but is happening. I know there are certain different types of Gradiant "brushes", but how do I make it more customizable to the specific image?

Notice how it's only gradiented (probably not a word) in on top and bottom, not the sides. I know that's a crappy setup, I just grabbed 2 random pics to show it.

I know that there's the radiant and other ones, but is there a more custom one?

(3): How do you add a "Glow" to certain parts of the image. (Like Pullamies' Sig, damn that's a really nice one). I hope it's okay to link to his profile unsure.gif look @ sig, not profile pick (scroll down) http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=291150

Thanks in advance for any help, and thanks for reading! I've been reading the tutorials around here and other places and I'll make sure to keep reading them as they come.

Back to goofing around and seeing what does what for now. Peace! happy.gif

Nice to see you actually tried to find the answers to your questions beforehand, also presented it well, unlike most of the people smile.gif.
1) They are copied to your clipboard, so you can just paste them into PS, they're not saved as a file as they are in d2.
2) Sorry, don't know this, don't use PS elements sad.gif.
3) Are you referring to the balls of light around the hand? If so, then yeah that's just a brush, it might come with PS or it might be a downloaded one, you can download brushes at places like www.deviantart.com
Also I suggest maybe getting the trial to a more advanced version of PS instead of using PS elements, there are more tutorials and resources available on it not to mention help from others smile.gif.
